For two weeks, this is what I’ve been eating. Honestly, my eating habits shifted a bit during the time I was keeping track. At first I was eating whatever I saw, but then I started paying more attention — and my belly reduced just a tiny bit. It’s not much, but it gave me some satisfaction, and I’m going to be more careful and try to lose more weight. I need to lose around 10kg. :D I’m currently 84kg — if I could get down to around 70–74kg, that would be enough.

Gaining this much weight was actually somewhat good in a way, because I want my chest and hips to grow a little more, and I want that to be a good starting point when I begin hormone therapy. I’ll be doing more research on this.

I haven’t yet reached the life circumstances I need in order to start hormones, but I hope to get there as soon as possible. Please keep me in your thoughts and prayers. Thank you in advance.

I did a little research on weight loss, and based on what I found, I noticed there’s a direct connection to the weight gained and lost during puberty. The logic is actually simple — the fat cells that cause us to gain weight never truly disappear; they just fill up when fat is being stored, which is when we gain weight, and when we lose weight, they empty out. How many fat cells we have is determined by the weight we carried during puberty — if you were overweight during puberty, unfortunately you have that many more fat cells. I think I might actually be lucky in this regard. I wasn’t obese, and unfortunately in 7th grade I had an accident involving a boiler — my leg was broken and I was injured. During that 3–4 month recovery period, I lost quite a bit of weight. That’s probably why, after a while, I lose my appetite entirely and just focus on losing weight.

There’s a big gap in my life in this area — unfortunately I don’t have an active lifestyle. I barely move at all. Almost my entire day is spent in bed, on my computer or phone, working on my blog or my channel. That keeps me sedentary. And that’s not the only problem — there’s nowhere I can exercise. The country I’m in isn’t safe, and since I don’t feel safe outside, I generally try to spend as little time outdoors as possible.

Even so, it would be good to learn a few movements I can do on my own at home — carefully of course, because I have a herniated disc and I can’t put sudden strain on myself.

For now I’ll do a bit more research on this. I don’t want to give you advice on something I don’t fully know yet — but I did want to share what I’ve been eating for the past two weeks. Thank you.
